Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 $80,000

What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Estimator, you will take full ownership of the bidding process within your assigned territory:
Project Scoping: Proactively scheduling appointments and visiting commercial properties to measure, analyze sites, and understand project constraints.
Detailed Estimation: Reviewing plans and drawings to determine exact material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial fencing projects.
Proposal Management: Crafting professional, winning proposals and submitting competitive bids to clients.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers and contractors to secure repeat business.
Travel: Managing travel and bidding opportunities like a professional.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
Experience: Previous experience in fence construction, sales, or a related construction field is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
Communication: Top-tier communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for territory travel.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle the physical demands of on-site work (walking, lifting, climbing, etc.).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
