Job Title: Courier Driver – Multiple Openings
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Varies by assignment (Shifts range from early morning to late evening)

Job Description: We are hiring multiple Courier Drivers for full-time positions in the Richmond area. These roles involve local deliveries of materials, documents, or parts between facilities and clients. Drivers will represent their assigned company in face-to-face interactions with customers and must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Candidates additionally must be prepared to **load and unload materials. **
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries
Load and unload items with care and accuracy
Maintain delivery logs and documentation
Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch teams
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
Represent the company with professionalism and reliability
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license required
No CDL required
Some positions may require a valid DOT medical card
Previous delivery or courier experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Shift Details:
Shifts vary by assignment
Start times range from 4:00 AM to 3:00 PM
End times may extend to 11:00 PM
