Position Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable  Data Entry Specialist to support our clinical operations team by entering and maintaining accurate data in the  Scout portal . This is a remote 1099 contract role anticipated to last 6 months with approximately 40 hours each week. It is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. The specialist will play a key role in tracking progress and ensuring data integrity across operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into the Scout portal based on provided documentation and source materials.
• Monitor and track progress of data entries to ensure completeness and timeliness.
• Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on data requirements and timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Generate basic reports or summaries from the portal as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data entry software and systems; experience with Scout portal is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical operations or healthcare data preferred.
• Experience with tracking tools or project management systems preferred.
