**Location:** Memorial Hospital **Department:** Administration **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** As the Director, Operations, you collaborate with senior leadership in monitoring, developing, and implementing plans for improving efficiency, decreasing expenses, and improving satisfaction scores. You will have oversight of operations, assess operational processes, and lead the development of new techniques, services, and programs to improve employee, patient, and physician satisfaction. It should not be considered exhaustive.   REQUIREMENTS + Education: Bachelor's degree + Skills:Requires effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Requires demonstrated experience and expertise in: Conflict management, negotiation skills, leadership, operational improvements, and prioritizing. + Years of Experience:Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience.
