Monthly Commission opportunity. Pay based on experience. Salaried position, benefit opportunity. Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:

• Creating and Maintaining a positive environment which enhances resident, family and employee satisfaction
• Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery of quality services
• Recruit, educate, train, mentor and inspire team members
• Lead Marketing and Sales efforts to increase census growth through community relations
• Oversight and participation of day to day operations within the community
• Management of budget to meet financial goals
• Coordinates supervision of Team Members
• Responsible for overall regulatory compliance and quality of care
• Liaison between residents, family and community
• Implements established policies and procedures, educating support staff as indicated
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Support and assist in daily staffing coverage

Job Requirements

• Enjoy working with the Senior Population
• Three Years of Management Experience in a healthcare related field
• Proven organizational and communication skills

Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends
