**Responsibilities:**

* Manage patient scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
* Handle inbound/outbound calls in a professional, HIPAA-compliant manner
* Maintain appointment calendars and provider availability
* Verify patient demographics and insurance details during scheduling
* Assist with front-office administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

* Experience with medical scheduling systems (e.g., Athena, Cerner, eCW, DrChrono, etc.)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
* Minimum **1–2 years** of medical office or healthcare VA experience
* Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
* Tech-savvy, efficient, and proactive
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Must be organized, professional, and highly dependable
* Remote / Work-from-home
* U.S. healthcare account experience
