Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in developing user interfaces using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), with a strong understanding of XAML, MVVM patterns, and UI design principles. You should have over 3 years of experience in object-oriented programming with C#, particularly in building and maintaining desktop applications professionally. Additionally, a background of at least 3 years with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript is essential, along with foundational knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. We value a demonstrated eagerness and capability to learn and adapt to modern web frameworks, especially React, and a proactive approach towards continuous improvement and technology adoption. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams, including participating in sprint planning and code reviews, is important. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. While limited immigration sponsorship may be available, a willingness to travel up to 10% is also required.

• In this role, I will engage directly with one of our key clients to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for desktop applications utilizing WPF and C#. I expect you to participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality and sustainable software, actively contributing to an Agile development environment. You will communicate frequently with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams, promptly escalating any issues that necessitate further attention. My goal is to have you independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams that focus on the improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes, including implementing best practice workflows and addressing quality deficits.
