Accountabilities

• Design and produce engaging materials for print, web, mobile, social media, and events.
• Create original visual assets including illustrations, infographics, and animated content.
• Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats, platforms, and screen sizes.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to translate business objectives into compelling visuals.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing timelines and priorities while incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Organize design templates, asset libraries, and project files for internal use and future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Lead Designer.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills with attention to detail and visual trends.
• Ability to interpret design performance data (e.g., click-through rates, engagement metrics) and iterate based on insights.
• Experience with rapid content creation tools such as Canva.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating multi-medium design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce design projects.
