CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a role for a large cosmetics company headquartered in Addison, TX

Job Title : Marketing Project Coordinator - Traffic Coordinator

Location Addison, TX | Hybrid (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fri)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $30/hr

• Full-time, normal business hours

• W2 assignment, 18 month assignment

ROLE IMPACT

This role serves as the operations anchor for a high-volume strategic communications team, ensuring flawless coordination of internal marketing projects including campaigns, promotions, and product/event communications. By managing timelines, routing, and cross-functional feedback loops, this position enables creative and digital teams to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and deliver with precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate routing and task assignment in Workfront; track progress and flag bottlenecks

• Monitor campaign timelines and escalate risks to campaign owners

• Serve as primary liaison between internal departments (creative, comms, digital, legal, etc.)

• Schedule, facilitate, and lead project meetings as needed

• Ensure accurate dissemination of promotional/event messaging and campaign details

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years project coordination or traffic management in marketing/advertising

• Proficiency in Workfront project management platform

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)

• Email marketing platforms (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in a creative agency or internal marketing team

• Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills across departments

• Ability to summarize project outcomes and drive actionable next steps
