• 2,200–2,500+ practical miles per week once solo

Pay & Benefits

• $300 cash bonus + $300 orientation pay = $600 first check
• Guaranteed weekly pay all 4–6 weeks of training
• Solo pay: $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade
• Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training
• Stop, detention, layover, and safety bonuses
• Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days
• Rider and pet program available after 30 days
• Home every 14 days

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+
• 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
• Stable employment history and clean-ish MVR/PSP (case-by-case)
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
