Job Description
Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting the production process from planning to completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
Assist production managers and creative teams in organizing and executing daily tasks.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain production documentation, materials, and inventory.
Support setup and breakdown of production environments and equipment.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines are met.
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, workflow, and overall project quality.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with production workflows and basic technical concepts.
