Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• I have over ten (10) years of experience in developing complex Salesforce solutions, with at least five (5) years in the role of a solution architect or technical lead, particularly in finance, grant management, or public sector environments.
• I possess expert knowledge of the Salesforce Public Sector Foundations platform and its relevance to financial grant management processes.
• I have a proven track record of architecting, leading, and delivering advanced cross-platform integrations with financial systems, compliance middleware, and analytics/AI suites.
• I am specialized in security, identity management, data architecture, and compliance as they relate to regulated finance and public sector organizations.
• I have a strong executive presence and the ability to lead technical discussions and gather requirements effectively.
• I acknowledge that limited immigration sponsorship may be available, and I am prepared to travel 20-50%, depending on my assignments and the clients I serve.

Responsibilities:

• As a Project Delivery Manager, I will be responsible for:
• Providing technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery methods while ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conducting technical design sessions, architecting comprehensive solutions, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and quality assurance resources to ensure technical decisions align with business objectives.
• Translating business needs into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures and producing detailed technical documentation.
• Handling core development tasks, which include designing and implementing intricate applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features.
• Overseeing the integration of Salesforce with external systems by utilizing APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration methodologies.
• Enforcing high standards for code quality, optimizing for performance and scalability, and maintaining Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and ongoing process enhancements.
