Lincoln & Creed is recruiting on behalf of a confidential employee-owned consulting firm for a Senior Bridge Engineer and Task Leader in Denver, CO . This is a high-impact opportunity to lead diverse bridge design, rehabilitation, and construction projects for public agency clients across Colorado and the West.

As a Senior Bridge Engineer and Task Leader, you’ll take the lead on complex bridge projects—from concept through construction. You’ll manage structural analysis, oversee junior engineers, and collaborate directly with internal teams and agency clients on bridge planning, rehabilitation, preservation, and new design efforts.
Lead development of bridge deliverables (reports, calculations, drawings, estimates, schedules).
Manage and execute bridge design, construction engineering, and load rating projects.
Oversee structural analysis in compliance with AASHTO LRFD and other codes.
Check and review designs for accuracy and quality control.
Perform bridge load ratings and provide retrofit recommendations.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Participate in client engagement and proposal efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
10+ years of bridge and structural engineering experience.
PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within one year).
Proficiency in design software such as: SAP2000, Midas Civil, LARSA 4D, PGSuper, LPile, LEAP Concrete, BRASS, OpenRoads Designer, spColumn .
Working knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and DOT design standards.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.
Strong team communication and project collaboration skills.
Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Familiarity with CDOT or other public agency design standards.
Salary Range: $135,000–$195,000
(Actual salary will depend on experience, skills, and location.)
