As a Store Associate , you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides assistance, and ensures the store is always clean, stocked, and running smoothly. From handling opening and closing procedures to maintaining cleanliness and supporting daily operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering the 4 Points customer experience.
🔹 Customer Service & Front-End Support
Greet customers warmly, assist at the counter, and answer phone calls.
Restock items behind the counter, including tobacco products and supplies.
Keep the Coffee Counter clean and fully stocked with cups, lids, creamers, and condiments.
🔹 Operations & Store Standards
Perform opening and closing duties using established checklists.
Clean and maintain store equipment including coffee, cappuccino, and Frazil machines.
Maintain store cleanliness—wipe counters, shelves, windows, microwaves, tables, and trash areas.
🔹 Facilities & Safety
Keep pumps and outdoor areas clean; refill receipt paper at pumps.
Maintain clean bathrooms, restocking supplies and ensuring sanitation.
Monitor for expired products and remove as needed.
🔹 Other Duties as Assigned
Wear proper uniform, including name tag and safety shoes.
Complete all required training and attend staff meetings.

✔ Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Proficiency with cash register systems.
Gas station industry experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods of time.
Reach, bend, and grab items at varying levels.
